2. Products and services

Feishu Digital offers browser extensions and web applications. Some products are entirely free; others offer optional paid plans. Current pricing is displayed on the respective product page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, taxes, VAT, invoicing, and refund processing. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• One-time purchases grant a perpetual license for the purchased version
• All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation email)
• By emailing us at feishudigital@gmail.com

After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

5. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at feishudigital@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision.

Early expiration: For browser extensions, by activating your license key you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356(5) BGB). If you do not activate your license key, the 14-day withdrawal period applies in full.

6. Free products

Some of our products (such as web-based tools) are provided entirely free of charge. These tools are offered “as is” without any service-level guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue free products at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute our products
• Circumvent license validation or free-tier usage limits
• Share license keys with unauthorized users
• Use our products for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual property

All Feishu Digital products, including code, design, and content, are the intellectual property of Feishu Digital. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product.

9. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

These limitations do not apply to liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory EU consumer protection rights).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or product update. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, you additionally benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
