Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund as described below. We aim to resolve all requests within 2 business days.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways:

Self-service: Use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link is in your original purchase confirmation email)
Email: Send a cancellation request to feishudigital@gmail.com

After cancellation:

You keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your data remains intact — you can re-subscribe at any time

2. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked (EU right of withdrawal)
Technical issues: If the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund
Accidental purchase: If you were charged by mistake, contact us immediately for a full refund

3. How to request a refund

Email us at feishudigital@gmail.com with:

Your email address used for purchase
The product name
Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. EU right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

Important note for browser extensions: By activating your license key, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356(5) BGB). If you do not activate your license key, the full 14-day withdrawal period applies.

Even after the right of withdrawal has expired, we will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if you experience technical issues.

5. Free products

Some of our products are provided entirely free of charge. As no payment is involved, refund and cancellation terms do not apply to free products.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at feishudigital@gmail.com. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
